Molly’s Salads Relocates Production Kitchen to New Lloyd District Location
North Rim Development Group continues relationship with long-term tenant, at the Mont-Blanc Building
North Rim Development Group is pleased to welcome a familiar tenant, Molly’s www.GrownToEat.com, to their new commercial kitchen space in the Lloyd District. For the past 2 years, Molly’s has been supplying the Portland area with fresh salads and sandwiches crafted in another one of North Rim’s commercial kitchens, near the Hawthorne Bridge. Molly’s is a Seattle-based company started by their namesake, who turned her hobby into a thriving business which focuses on using organic ingredients and providing the customer with delicious and healthy lunch fare.
Molly’s new kitchen in the Mont-Blanc Building is a fully-outfitted ground-floor production space with all new equipment, room for retail sales, and an overhead door with convenient drive-in loading bay. This is just one of four commercial kitchens in the Mont-Blanc, a recently-redeveloped building also featuring a mix of creative office and retail spaces, elevator access to all 3 floors, a furnished lobby, and on-site parking.
North Rim Development Group installs high-quality, new food-production equipment in all their kitchen developments. And, as an added bonus for tenants, North Rim services the equipment, allowing the kitchen tenants, like Molly’s, to focus on growing their business.
