This mixed-use commercial kitchen and office building was built from the ground up in 2012, led by North Rim Development in coordination with Pitman Restaurant Supply. The previously empty lot now hosts 12,700 square feet of space, including 6 commercial kitchens and 9 upstairs offices. The kitchens were all outfitted with professional grade ranges, walk-in coolers, sinks, sinks, hoods, storage and much more.
