Each North Rim kitchen is outfitted to appeal to most food producers, and often contain the following: walk-in cooler with shelving, canopy hood, 6-burner range, convection oven, gas fryer, upright dishwasher with its own exhaust hood, work tables, multi-compartment sinks, and clean- and dirty-dish-tables. The kitchen layouts are designed to allow tenants to bring in their own specialty equipment, and customize their space even further.
