For example: Being Built Now – Two Blocks North – The 4200 N. Williams project is a $7.5 million mixed-use development with 76 living units and 1st-floor retail. June 2012 – One Block North – The Albert apartment and retail project opens with 72 apartments and 4,800 square feet of Class A retail space 2013 – Three Blocks South – New Seasons Market opens. (It’s noteworthy that, as North Williams is one-way, most shoppers leaving New Seasons by car will pass our location.) 2013 – Three Blocks South – Bakery Blocks South, a 4-story, 160-unit apartment complex opens.
