Project #5 of 23:Capitalizing on Portland’s “foodie” culture and the ever-growing need for “tech” space in the popular Lloyd District, this project offers 4 commercial production kitchens and nearly 18,000 sq. ft. of creative offices with retail space. Building completed in Summer of 2016.
Project #6 of 23:SE Portland’s newest development, the Waterman was designed “sustainably green”, and to cater to Portland’s bike commuters. The project, which was completed in Fall 2015, features a street-level café, custom offices, and unmatched cyclist-friendly amenities (secure bike storage/repair, showers, and lockers). North Rim Development Group is proud to have developed the 40,000 sq. ft. building, which offers 4 floors of high quality, creative office space.
